This agreement calls for an attorney to handle every aspect of your legal matter. We bill by the hour and for each attorney and paralegal and all details are written in our fee agreement. Your advanced fee will depend on the type of case, but your consultation attorney will be able to provide you with that information.
Traditional representation is the most complete type of representation we offer. We handle all phone calls, emails, documents, meetings, communications, court hearings, legal papers, legal strategy, mediation, settlement and experts (if needed).
This can range from $2,000 in total to over $20,000, depending on the complexity your matter.

The mediator works on an hourly basis and can conduct the mediation all on the same day or we can do it in 2 hour increments. That decision is dependent on what is most convenient for you.
Mediation is paid for by the hour, at $460 per hour, (minimum of two hours). Generally, it takes about 2-3 hours to complete for an uncontested divorce. Document preparation can be added onto this service for a flat fee. We can draft all the initial documents and all the closing documents for your matter.
We can do a limited legal projects for you and customize it based on your needs. We can make this decision at the consult after listening to your situation. Here are some of the common limited scopes: initial documents, settlement letters, Rule 69 agreements Order of Protection hearings, pre-trial statements, decrees, pre-nuptials, parenting agreements, resolution management conferences, parenting conference preparation, trial appearances, and mediation.
