How long does it take to get my documents drafted?

Once we receive all the required information, required verification pages  and payment, your documents can be ready in as little as one day or one week. You can decide how quickly you need them.

Can you do a mediation and a doc prep.

Do I have to have an attorney for a mediation?

After I file for divorce and serce my spouse, then what?

You have to wait for them to file an answer and then go through the discovery process.

Does my husband have to agree with everything before we file a summary consent decree?
