If you have an uncooperative spouse and your divorce or legal separation is not moving along as smoothly as you think it should, it may be necessary for you to step back and allow your dissolution or legal separation to work itself through the court system. It may be better for you to spend your energy at the gym, with your children or doing something else you enjoy. This process is difficult enough, even when both spouses get along, so take some downtime and try to relax a little.
