Cynthia Best has lived and worked in Scottsdale, Arizona since 1991. Cindy Best has 27 years of legal experience and a particular passion for family law. Ms. Best has conducted over 150 trials and handled over a thousand mediations and settlements. She is extremely sensitive to the emotional nature of this type of work and welcomes the opportunity to empower her clients as they experience family transitions. Ms. Best also has a varied legal background in business litigation, insurance defense litigation, construction law and medical malpractice defense. Cindy's varied legal experience includes ADR, mediations and trials. Ms. Best founded the Best Law Firm in 2007 and she was a Judge Pro Tem in Maricopa County in 2007-2008. During her tenure as a Judge Pro Tem, Cindy presided over trials, hearings, and mediations.
Cindy co-authored a book, The Divorce Coach, in 2009, and it was updated and republished in 2015.

Robbie Hendricks is a litigation attorney and has conducted over 50 trials, hearings, mediations and settlements. He has also prepared for and second chaired over 75 trials and hearings. Before joining Best Law Firm, Robbie gained experience in criminal law at the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office, in consumer protection at the Arizona Attorney General's Office and in contract, trademark and antitrust law at PING, Inc. He also successfully served as a mediator with the Justice Courts in Maricopa County.
Robbie's diverse legal experience allows him to successfully address the varied issues that occur in family law matters. He understands the emotional nature of this area of law and the important role he plays in helping families move forward. Robbie is especially focused on resolving issues in mediation and settlements.

Randi is originally from Gillette, Wyoming. She graduated Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Family and Children Services. Randi attended law School at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. While studying at SIU, she had externships at the Jackson County Public Defender's Office, Williamson County State's Attorney's Office, served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and worked in family law.
